I am an accomplished manager successful in operating a business and leading employee. I have quickly gone from associate to a trainer, to an assistant manager in just two years. I am a fast learner, and I can pick up just about anything. I just need to be taught and from there I can prosper and help wherever I am needed. I am currently trying to make a transition from my college job into an internship, which will help me thrive in a position I am most passionate about.

I attend meetings with the other writers and editors and purpose paper ideas. I also go out finding stories, and interviewing people, while taking photos with a canon camera. The biggest challenge is walking up to people in hopes of adding something to a story that is being worked on. I also take advice and critiques from my editors on the piece being worked on.

I oversaw that the restaurant was in great shape to open and close. Adjusted job assignments and schedules to keep pace with dynamic business needs, factoring in processes, employee knowledge and customer demands.
